The Worship Songwriters Retreat is limited to about 30 songwriters in order to create intentional opportunities for collaboration and relationship building. Please use this form to apply to be one of the songwriters. Our team will prayerfully consider every application and do our best to notify you of our decision within 2 weeks of receiving your application.

Who is this retreat for?
The Worship Songwriters Retreat is designed for writers of worship songs - whether you’re a worship leader, a worshiper, or an artist, if you’re passionate about writing songs for The Church, this retreat may be for you!
How much is registration?
Registration is $495, which includes retreat attendance, coffee/snacks/water throughout the retreat, as well as three meals during the retreat. It does not include travel or lodging.
Who will be there?
The retreat will be led by experienced worship artists, pro songwriters and Christian music industry leaders. If you would like to receive updates via SMS, click here to sign up for our text messages. Attendees will be gathering from around the country. You’re welcome to come individually or bring a group. Either way, you’ll make new friends!
How about lodging and meals?
There are several hotels and restaurants nearby. We’ll send you a list of hotels and restaurants once you’re registered. Coffee and water will be provided throughout the retreat. Three of the meals will be provided, as noted on the schedule.
How far is the airport from the retreat?
The retreat is about 33 miles (40 minutes) from the Kansas City International Airport (MCI).
Who owns the songs I write at the retreat?
Cowrites will be split equally among the writers in your group, which means you will own your % of the song.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind after I pay?
In order to keep the registration cost low, we cannot provide a refund once you pay.
